Transform Your Smile, Restore Your Confidence

Do you feel ashamed to smile for family photos? Is it increasingly difficult to enjoy your favorite foods? If you’re suffering from failing or missing teeth, the physical and emotional stress can affect your confidence and quality of life. At Alpha Dental Practice & Implant Center, we understand the problems associated with losing your teeth and smile. In Coral Springs, FL, we offer a variety of options for full smile rejuvenations, from implant supported dentures to full mouth dental implants. Our team will customize your treatment to fit your smile goals.

Full Mouth Dental Implants Versus Dentures

When choosing your teeth replacement option, it’s important to consider the pros and cons of each. There are three solutions for replacing your failing or missing teeth: traditional dentures, implant supported dentures and permanent full mouth dental implants. While traditional dentures cost less upfront, they can cause pain and discomfort, limit your food choices and lead to bone loss. Implant supported dentures improve stability and function, but they don’t restore your full functionality or last as long as full mouth dental implants.

Full mouth dental implants are the most natural-looking solution to replace all your teeth. They bond to your jawbone and last decades. Dr. Tarek Assi, our implant dentist in Coral Springs, FL, is dual board-certified, achieving the highest credentials available in implantology. He has perfected the art of full mouth rejuvenation, successfully placing over 5,000 dental implants. Our Smile Transformation Process for Full Mouth Dental Implants

1

Step 1: Initial Consultation

At your personalized consultation, Dr. Assi will discuss your current health and smile goals with you. Our team will conduct a thorough visual examination and review X-rays to determine whether you’re a candidate for full mouth dental implants. While most of our patients are candidates, some require preliminary treatments for gum disease and bone loss to ensure successful results. Once there is an agreement to move forward with dental implants, our doctor will create a customized implant surgery plan for you. This will outline the precise placement of each dental implant including angle and depth for the best smile and functionality. Next, our patient coordinator will schedule your surgery.

Step 2: Dental Implant Surgery

On the day of your surgery, you’ll check in, and a member of our team will escort you to your private suite. We offer sedation dentistry including nitrous oxide and oral sedation to ensure you’re relaxed and anxiety-free for your procedure. When you’re comfortably sedated, Dr. Assi will extract your failing teeth and place four or more dental implants. He uses fully guided techniques and the All-on-X full arch protocol to ensure the precision, accuracy and success of each dental implant. With TeethXpress®, you can receive temporary restorations the same day of your dental implant surgery, which are composed of high quality PMMA for durability and lifelike appearance. When Dr. Assi is done, we’ll schedule your follow-up and give you instructions for aftercare at home. You’ll leave Alpha Dental Practice & Implant Center with a brand-new smile and renewed confidence!

Step 3: Healing Checkup

About 2 to 3 weeks after your dental implant surgery, you’ll return to our office and Dr. Assi will assess your healing progress. You may feel some minor discomfort while you heal, but you shouldn’t experience any serious pain. If you have any concerns before or after your follow-up appointment, feel free to call us at any time.

Step 4: Final Restorations and New Beginnings

After dental implant surgery, the entire healing process will last three or more months. Each dental implant will bond to your jawbone, making your new teeth stable and fully functional. This is known as osseointegration. Once you’re healed, Dr. Assi will place your final restorations, which are zirconia crowns. At Alpha Dental Practice & Implant Center, we use top-tier materials to ensure natural-looking dental implants. Dr. Assi will make sure your bite is properly aligned and fully functional. We offer a lifetime warranty on our All-on-X procedures, provided you follow aftercare and check-up guidelines.
